Draw this again-Pixel Perfect

So I thought I'd do this super quickly because it only took like 20 seconds to put this together lol. As usual I will be brutally honest, I see SOME improvement but differently than how you might think. I already knew how to paint decently even back then but I had no style and no knowledge with Sai. I think the only reason for this improvement is actually over my increased knowledge with painting software than actual skill increase. I could be wrong but that's just how I see it. That and patience, I had a severe issue back then trying to work as fast as I damn could, making everything look sub par at best.

As for the actual visual improvement, I'm happy it happened this abruptly over 2 years lol. My skill got like this for rather unhealthy reasons but improvement is improvement, I can take it. I'm interested to see how my pictures will improve when I finally take professional drawing classes.

  So the left side is debatably my first true attempt at trying to draw Pixel and paint at the same time. 
 This was done just a few days ago. It was actually semi hastily done so I could have my own phone wallpaper.
