This looks kind weird in a funny way 
And not funny as in haha how hilariously pleasantly funny but as in.... I feel kinda drowsy looking at it.
both the light and the blurriness is working together to make it kinda avoidable. I think I had an idea about what it could be used for as a style but it averted me. I think it could work for something that isn't unpleasant to look at if some corners were cut, but rather that's just my opinion. I like raw sketch rather than blurry sketch which I think look kinda half baked. maybe this is an approach for background ponies, in a comic or the like. half an hour sounds like nothing compared to how long your usual stuff takes.
